Tasks What You'll Do Develop high-quality PC multiplayer games using Unity and C# Create engaging multiplayer party games similar to Among Us in 3D Implement multiplayer functionality using Photon Fusion 2 Set up and manage lobbies, rooms, and matchmaking systems Integrate games with Steam (achievements, lobby systems, etc.) Design and implement game design and game balancing Create smooth animations and polished game feel Write clean, well-documented, and performant code Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers Optimize games for performance and scalability Identify and fix bugs, iterate based on feedback Requirements Must Have: Proven experience as a Unity Game Developer with a strong portfolio of PC games Excellent proficiency in C# and the Unity engine Experience with Photon Fusion 2 (or similar multiplayer networking solutions) Experience creating party games or social multiplayer games Experience implementing lobby and room setup systems Experience with Steam integration (SDK, achievements, multiplayer features) Strong understanding of multiplayer game architecture and server infrastructure Good sense for animations and game feel - ability to make games feel responsive and fun Experience with game design and game balancing Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team Portfolio showcasing PC multiplayer games (required) Experience with version control (Git) Passion for games and game development Nice to Have: Familiarity with other multiplayer frameworks (Mirror, Netcode for GameObjects) Experience with Unity's animation system and state machines Knowledge of game design principles and player psychology Experience working in both small indie teams and larger teams Published games on Steam or other PC platforms Benefits Why Join Us?
