Designer/Painter).

  • Background in multiplayer VFX sync (e.g., Photon, Netcode).

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remot

Responsibilities
  • Develop custom shaders (Shader Graph/HLSL) and materials for high-fidelity VR
rendering, including texture blending, transparency effects, and video-integrated

surfaces.

  • Optimize real-time VFX, particle systems, and post-processing for performance in

VR (targeting 90+ FPS).

complement projected media and environmental textures.

  • Collaborate with artists to ensure seamless visual cohesion between 3D assets

and media-backed environments.

  • Prototype screen-space effects, distortions, and compositing techniques for

immersive interactions.
