What You’ll Do Our Universal Advocates are responsible for providing distinguished member service. This would include a combination of working as a Service Advocate and as a Financial Advocate, efficiently and accurately processing transactions, as well as general account maintenance and the opening of new accounts, respectively. What That Means * Assist members with their financial queries. * Conduct outbound calls for marketing campaigns & member maintenance. * Accurately process transactions in a timely manner. * Complete general account maintenance, including opening new accounts. * Educate members on our financial products and services, then recommend the right fit. * Multi-task & meet deadlines. * Actively participate in community and business-related events (no less than one event per year). * Establish, then maintain effective partnerships across all levels of the credit union. Qualifications: * At least 1-2 years of financial services experience. * High school degree or GED. * Mega supporter of our K.E.G. of Excellence. * Proven exceptional customer service skills. Compensation: * $22.00/hour to $25.00/hour. Final base pay will be commensurate with candidate experience and qualifications. Here’s What’s in it for You: * Growth and Development.
