Description Boot Factory Outlet in Gulfport has an exciting opportunity!! As a Universal Associate, you’ll play a key role across multiple departments, supporting sales, customer service, merchandising, and stock. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly the point. What You’ll Do: Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service on the sales floor Assist customers with product selection, questions, and checkout Support merchandising, stocking, and visual standards Help with receiving shipments and maintaining inventory accuracy Step in across departments based on daily business needs Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales and service goals Essential Qualifications: A positive, team-first attitude and strong work ethic Ability to interact with customers. Strong communication skills are a must. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Comfort working in different areas of the store Strong communication and customer service skills Retail experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays High School Diploma or GED Requirements Essential Physical Requirements: (Lifting up to 10 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift) Ability to be on your feet for your entire shift. Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store. Ability to climb ladders, when needed to retrieve stock. Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds.

Responsibilities
