Job Details Job Location: MIDLAND NORTH - MIDLAND, TX 79707 The Universal Banker provides superior and quality customer service by providing customers with efficient and accurate transaction processing. The candidate for this position will be required to work Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays. Responsibilities and Duties: Operates a teller's window to serve the bank's customers by: Accepting retail and/or commercial deposits, verifying cash and endorsements and giving customers their receipts. Identifying customers and cashing checks, or referring customers to an officer for authorization to cash checks. Accepting savings deposits and withdrawals, verifying signatures. Providing additional customer services including Cashiers Checks, Personal Money Orders, etc. Balances cash daily. Accepting payments for all loans. May be responsible for bank opening/closing. Makes concentrated effort to solve customer problems. Follows teller over/short policy. Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers and potential customers Comply with all department and company policies and procedures. Contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Strong communication skills Customer service skills Basic Math Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Cash handling experience preferred.
