About the Role: A Universal Banker will have the ability to provide a quality-driven customer service experience and will possess an engaging, outgoing, and positive personality that will provide a warm and consistently friendly customer experience. Duties will include, but are not limited to: assist customers in preparing new account applications as needed, accurately and timely input of data into the core processing system; assist customers with enrollment process for electronic services including online banking, e-statements, and mobile deposit; provide all proper disclosures and new account documentation to customer; resolution support of errors, disputes, fraud and all general banking inquiries; ask relationship-building questions prior to recommending new products; recommend appropriate products at the point of sale and for future follow up; operate a teller drawer and perform teller functions as schedules dictate; other duties as required. Schedule for this Role: Monday-Friday, rotating shift availability required, as early as 7:30am and as late as 5:45pm Saturday rotation, 7:30am-12:00pm Qualifications Who We Are Looking For: Familiarity with banking software, banking operations and other technology is key. A high school degree or equivalent is required, college degree preferred. Prior banking experience is a plus, but not required. Prior cash handling and customer service experience is required.
