Join our team as a Universal Banker, where you’ll play a key role in building strong member relationships and supporting day-to-day branch operations. The Universal Banker handles both member service and transaction functions, focusing on building strong relationships and promoting Credit Union products. This role combines sales, service, and operational support in compliance with regulatory and security standards. *Assigned branch location to be determined* What You’ll Do: • Build and deepen member relationships through proactive engagement and needs-based conversations • Meet or exceed branch sales and service goals • Process deposits, payments, and other banking transactions • Educate members on digital banking tools and services • Resolve account inquiries and provide exceptional service • Refer members to appropriate specialists for additional services • Support daily operations, branch opening/closing, and assist with loan processing • Participate in community events and promote Credit Union services Note: The above is a description of the ordinary and essential duties of the position. Universal Banker applicants may begin employment as a Member Specialist, depending on skills and experience. The pay range for the Universal Banker position is $22.50 to $27.00 per hour and is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
