REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE High School diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience as a Bank Teller CSR, or similar role; preferably within the past 5 years Full time availability KEY METRICS FOR SUCCESS A demonstrated aptitude for critical thinking, effective time management, and rapid adaptability a high degree of integrity and conscientious handling of confidential customer information Ability to independently and reliably follow policies, procedures, and regulations Ability to identify potential fraud and take appropriate action to prevent loss A proven aptitude for effective and respectful communication with customers, colleagues, and superiors Willingness to "wear multiple hats" and genuinely participate in a supportive and collaborative team spirit MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while providing excellent customer service Preserve the bank’s community spirit by actively engaging with all customers Introduce and sell bank products Proactively inform customers of additional products and self-service options (as appropriate), to enhance the customer experience and meet their financial needs Maintain a cash drawer, including cash handling and balancing Assist with other administrative/operational tasks, as requested by the Branch Manager Willingness to genuinely participate in a collaborative and supportive work environment
Responsibilities
Major responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions while delivering excellent customer service and actively engaging with the community spirit of the bank. The role also requires introducing and selling bank products, informing customers of self-service options, and maintaining and balancing a cash drawer.
