Position: Universal Sales Agent Location: Branson, Missouri Company Type: Marketing, Ticketing & Lodging Sales We are hiring a Universal Sales Agent to join a fast-paced, high-energy marketing company in Branson. This role is not siloed. You will talk to guests, sell experiences, solve problems, and represent the best of what Branson has to offer. This position blends outbound sales, inbound calls, guest check-in, and front-line customer service. The right person is confident on the phone, comfortable face-to-face with guests, and genuinely knowledgeable (or excited to become knowledgeable) about Branson shows, attractions, and lodging options. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Make outbound sales calls to promote Branson shows, attractions, and lodging packages * Handle inbound calls with confidence, clarity, and urgency * Check guests in on-site and deliver a positive, professional first impression * Educate guests on Branson entertainment, hotels, and vacation options * Match guests with the right experience—not just make a sale * Provide high-level customer service before, during, and after the sale * Accurately enter information, notes, and sales details into company systems * Work as part of a team in a fun, competitive, and performance-driven environment WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Strong communication skills (phone and in-person) * Sales mindset with a customer-first approach * High energy, positive attitude, and thick skin * Ability to multitask and pivot throughout the day * Comfort working with goals, metrics, and accountability * Reliable attendance and punctuality * Willingness to learn Branson shows, venues, and lodging inside and out Sales or hospitality experience is a plus, but attitude, coachability, and work ethic matter more than a resume.
