Your internship begins with your key project assignment and concludes with a final presentation of your results to members of Senior Leadership. As a Project Controls Intern within the Technical Services Project Management Office at Universal Studios Hollywood, you’ll support project management and process improvement initiatives that keep our team and park running at their best. This internship offers hands-on experience, professional development, and an inside look at how organized processes and teamwork bring world-class attractions to life. Qualifications Basic Requirements: Must be actively pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree at an accredited institution, or must be a recent graduate (internship within six months of graduation date). Current class standing of Sophomore or above. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, documents, and deadlines. Ability to collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams. A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in how large-scale projects come together in a theme park environment. Must be willing to work in Universal City, California. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, & holidays. Must be willing to submit a background check investigation. An official educational transcript may be required upon request. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require work visa sponsorship from NBCUniversal now or in the future to retain authorization to work in the United States.
