QUALIFICATIONS:

• High attention to detail
• Strong excel
• Aptitude to pick up new software technology (we use NetSuite, Shopify, Brand Manager 360, WFX, and other online platforms)
• Ideally has worked in the retail industry with exposure to wholesale and production
• Ability to prioritize, or know when to ask for help - doesn’t let things pile up
• Always knows the status of every project - can develop systems to provide quick/easy access to information
• Enjoys dealing with people - is friendly, yet urgent
• Sense of urgency and accountability to keep others updated in a timely fashion
• Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This role is the cornerstone of the Retail department. Your aptitude, attention to detail, and friendly yet urgent manner is what keeps this department humming along smoothly. Working closely with the VP of University and Retail Growth, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process and department operations.
