Visit our careers website: https://www.juliusbaer.com/en/careers/graduates/ YOUR CHALLENGE Drive group-wide strategic initiatives by conducting in-depth analyses, synthesising key insights, and developing high-quality presentations for senior management Advance the implementation of the group-wide strategic roadmap by coordinating strategic initiatives and programmes, ensuring alignment across business areas Prepare senior leadership for key meetings and milestones, including strategy offsites and full-year and half-year results, through well-structured briefing materials, strategic documents, and executive-level presentations Contribute to the strategic cycle through diverse ad-hoc assignments, spanning strategy communication, organisational topics, and strategic support YOUR PROFILE Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in corporate strategy, finance and structural problem solving (graduation max. 12 months ago) Initial practical experience in consulting Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning Fluency in English with additional languages being a plus Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position We review applications on a rolling basis.
