Challenges will include: Fast-paced environment: Staying on top of the market trends, regulatory changes and clients’ needs. The candidate would need to quickly absorb new information and adapt to market shifts, often with little time for extensive analysis Constant learning: As the Investment Management process involves a broad spectrum of financial products and services, the candidate is expected to stay informed about new investment products, financial planning techniques and the latest tools and technologies (including AI technologies) used in the industry. This requires a continuous learning mindset and the ability to apply knowledge effectively under pressure Independence with limited supervision: This can lead to challenges in managing complex tasks and making high-stakes decision alone, which requires a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation Adaptability to varied roles: The versatile nature of the role may mean shifting between multiple functions, such as Client-facing tasks, portfolio management and trade implementation. The candidate must be able to switch between these tasks quickly and efficiently YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s or Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field is desired (graduation max. 12 months ago) Initial practical experience in Banking and Finance sector, proficiency in excel for data analysis, financial modeling and projections, familiarity with financial software like Bloomberg are preferred Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning Fluent in English and Cantonese.
