Visit our careers website: https://www.juliusbaer.com/en/careers/graduates/ YOUR CHALLENGE During the programme, you will: Develop and maintain software modules using best practices in coding and design Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and consistency in development Perform testing and troubleshooting to support robust and integrated systems Contribute to agile processes and continuous improvement of software delivery practices YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university of applied sciences with above-average grades in software / technology (graduation max. 12 months ago) Initial practical experience in software and technology related Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus such as Spanish and German Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position We review applications on a rolling basis.
