You'll tackle real-world challenges that directly impact engineering productivity and developer experience: Platform Modernization & Innovation: You'll contribute to modernizing our platform capabilities, helping migrate legacy systems to cloud-native architectures while maintaining zero-downtime for critical banking operations. This means working with cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes, serverless frameworks, and event-driven architectures to build the next generation of our platform Developer Experience Revolution: Your mission is to make complex infrastructure simple. You'll design and build self-service capabilities, automation tools, and intuitive APIs that enable application teams to focus on business value rather than infrastructure complexity.
