Description
This role is responsible for executing, enhancing, and driving the University Relations strategy across EMEA, with a focus on building critical talent pipelines in Engineering and Finance. It leads the Engineering & Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program (LDP) track in EMEA, ensuring alignment with the global program framework and delivering a future-ready talent pool through a coordinated university engagement and internship strategy. As a key member of the Early Talent team, the Lead for University Relations and Internship Programs plays an active role in executing the broader Early Talent strategy. This includes delivering early talent initiatives across EMEA in close collaboration with HR Directors, local HR teams, and business stakeholders. Lead the Engineering & Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program (LDP) track in EMEA, ensuring alignment with the global framework. Oversee recruitment, rotation, and retention of high-potential early talent. Engage executive sponsors, stakeholders, and steering committees in strategic planning and execution of the program. Collaborate with regional and local peers to deliver the Early Talent leadership curriculum and engagement activities, ensuring high levels of program satisfaction and impact. Drive a strategic feeder approach for the LDP by leading three core pillars: University Relations, Strategic Internships, and Employer Branding. Design and implement EMEA-wide internship structures in partnership with HR and business leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and Early Talent Program goals. Ensure the internship and university relations strategy serves as a pipeline into the Early Talent LDP tracks (Engineering and Finance), building a sustainable and high-quality talent pool. Lead the Early Talent Employer Branding strategy in EMEA, including the Talent Scout program. Equip managers and country teams with the tools and knowledge to effectively promote the organization to early talent audiences. Own and execute the University Relations strategy, managing partnerships with top-tier universities across EMEA. Facilitate engagement between leaders, HR, and academic institutions to elevate local collaborations to regional strategic partnerships. Track and analyze program effectiveness, including conversion rates, diversity metrics, and ROI, to continuously improve outcomes and inform strategic decisions. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications or Business Administration. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally with a focus on early career talent development or program leadership roles. Fluency English. Any other European languages would be a plus. Leading abilities to run operation excellence processes, coordination and administration skills, time management Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences—from college recruits to executive leadership. Strong collaboration and project management capabilities, enabling seamless coordination across cross-functional teams and regions. Strategic thinking, with a focus on long-term talent development and program impact. Exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering trust and alignment with internal and external stakeholders. Influence without authority, demonstrating the ability to drive initiatives and gain buy-in across various levels of the organization.
