Simpson Gumpertz & Heger (SGH) is seeking a dynamic, organized, and relationship-driven Campus Recruiting Specialist to help lead and expand our early talent strategy. In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of campus recruiting—from building partnerships with top colleges and universities to coordinating high-impact campus events and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll work closely with hiring teams and Talent Acquisition colleagues to attract emerging early career talent across a range of engineering disciplines.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be both strategic and hands-on in building SGH’s next generation of technical leaders.
Location: This position is based in our Waltham, MA office. This is a hybrid role with significant travel required during peak recruiting seasons (September– November and February – April).

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of campus recruiting efforts, including career fairs, information sessions, tech talks, and other events for undergraduate and graduate students.
  • Oversee event logistics such as registration and scheduling.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies for campus events.
  • Build strong relationships with university career services, student organizations, and faculty at key target schools.
  • Manage job postings on campus portals and within SGH’s applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
  • Track recruiting data and outcomes to assess ROI and inform continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate on social media and marketing efforts to promote SGH’s campus presence and highlight employee stories and events.
  • Represent SGH’s values and mission at campus events and during candidate interactions.
  • Equip SGH team members for campus engagement by providing training, event guidance, and recruiting resources.
