Started in 2017, we currently have multiple offices open in East Saint Paul, West Saint Paul, Brooklyn Park, Robbinsdale, Coon Rapids, Richfield, Rochester, Eden Prairie, and Burnsville – with more offices to open in the future! Responsibilities Assistants hand instruments and materials to providers and keep patients' mouths dry and clear by using suction or other necessary devices. Assistants help sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, prepare trays of instruments for dental procedures, and instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care. Assist in note taking and updating patient dental records. Provide culturally competent care to diverse patients. These are the main responsibilities, but there will be other duties as well. All of this is completed in a team environment! CLD team members are patient and organized so that they smoothly sort out potential obstacles in a timely manner, creating a calm environment for the patients, the team and yourself!
