We are seeking a motivated and proactive Unlicensed Intern to support daily operations. The intern will assist with administrative tasks, project coordination and general team support while learning industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to the operations team. Assist in preparing documents, reports, presentations, and data entry. Conduct basic research and compile information to support ongoing initiatives. Maintain accurate records, files, and trackers as assigned. Support in process improvements and contribute ideas for better team efficiency. Ensure filing and documentation is up-to-date and is compliant with standard processes and formats Participate in meetings as needed Liaise with management and staff to ensure projects are conducted efficiently Communicate with staff & management using proper channels Master computer skills and required software programs Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by the supervisor.
