Your Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for managing the unlicensed medicines portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to drive the successful adoption of unlicensed medicines in clinical settings. Engage with healthcare professionals to provide valuable insights into our products and the difference they can make in patient treatment. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with healthcare needs. Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate product performance and drive ongoing improvements. This role requires you to be in the office at least three days a week. What You Bring to the Table: A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field. Proven experience in portfolio management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, focusing on unlicensed or specialty medicines. In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements related to unlicensed medicines. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. A passion for patient-centered care and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the healthcare landscape. This position necessitates that candidates possess valid working rights in Australia.
