Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this pivotal role, you will handle the development, implementation, and execution of high-quality HR Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks that align with global standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design & Implement Process Management Methodologies: Enhance HR by creating and implementing a structured and best practice BPM framework to design, implement, manage, govern, and continuously improve HR processes across the hire to retire lifecycle
  • Support and Empower HR Process Owners: Train, mentor, and guide HR process owners as they design, implement, and optimize HR processes to meet the needs of a growing global workforce
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence. Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest industry’s best practices
  • Direct Projects with Outcomes: Direct end-to-end HR BPM projects, ensuring timely fulfillment, stakeholder alignment, and measurable results.

Your work will have a clear effect on how HR operates on a global scale, and you will partner with HR Process Owners and global and local teams in and outside HR, to ensure new processes and tools are implemented and adopted smoothly across all regions.
In addition, you’ll oversee that HR Processes comply with relevant legal, regulatory and company standards, safeguarding Demant’s reputation and ensuring operational integrity.

We believe you’ll excel in this role if you have:

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and certification in Business Process Management (e.g., CBPP, Six Sigma)
  • At least 5 years of experience in business process management, particularly within the HR domain
  • In-depth experience with HRIS systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow
  • A solid understanding of HR processes and systems, and the ability to adapt them to different organizational needs. Skilled in project management with experience in working in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams. A track record of leading change in a multinational and matrixed organisation
  • Proficient in analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
