UNQUALIFIED BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Are you a graduate with strong communication skills and a desire to work with young people? Do you have previous experience working with children with SEN/SEMH needs?
A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Bexley are seeking a confident, hardworking individual with strong academics to fill the Unqualified Behaviour Support Assistant role. You would be working through KS3, KS4 and KS5 providing support in and out of the classroom to children of all ages and abilities. Any previous experience with SEN/SEMH needs is good - this role involves leading 1:1 and small group support in Maths, English, Science and more.
This is the perfect role for anyone seeking further school-based experience and looking to pursue a career working with children.

  • £105 - £110 daily rate
  • Full-Time, Long-Term role
  • Term-Time only
  • Based in Bexley
  • Monday - Friday
  • ASAP starts

THE IDEAL UNQUALIFIED BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT ASSISTANT

  • A graduate with strong academics, including a 1st Class degree or 2:1
  • Experience working with young people in a school-based environment
  • A good understanding and experience of SEN/SEMH needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
