Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in secondary schools? We’re seeking confident, motivated individuals to work as Cover Supervisors across Hastings and nearby areas. Whether you’re looking for flexible daily work or a longer-term placement, this is a great opportunity to step into a classroom role without needing formal teaching qualifications.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Maintain a focused and productive classroom environment
• Ensure pupils stay on task and follow the lesson plan
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Report back to teachers on student behaviour and progress
• Cover a variety of subjects at KS3 and KS4 level
