BUILD THE ANIMATION SYSTEMS FOR A HARDCORE PC EXTRACTION SHOOTER THAT VETERAN FPS PLAYERS WILL OBSESS OVER.

Ironbelly Studios (300+ shipped projects) is developing an intensely competitive extraction shooter in Unreal Engine 5. Our 20+ person team of senior industry veterans is building server-authoritative multiplayer with advanced features including projectile penetration physics, complex AI state machines, and persistent reputation systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design, create, test, and maintain character/weapon/vehicle rigs
  • Animate characters, weapons, and vehicles for in-game scenarios
  • Create motion and deformation systems
  • Develop pipeline tools to streamline production process
  • Implement rigging tools that allow rapid prototyping while maintaining quality
  • Collaborate with all departments to meet technical requirements
  • Implement feedback from Lead and Art Director
  • Manage timelines and tasks accordingly
