JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Providers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in assisted living facility, and home care settings. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for seniors by offering personalized care and assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, and or senior care is preferred.
  • Knowledge of dementia care practices is highly desirable.
  • Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
  • Ability to perform medication administration accurately and responsibly.
  • Experience in meal preparation that accommodates dietary restrictions.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

DUTIES

As a Care Provider, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
  • Administering medications as prescribed and ensuring proper documentation of medication administration.
  • Performing light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic living environment.
  • Supporting individuals with dementia care by employing patience and understanding techniques.
  • Assisting with mobility and transportation as needed, ensuring safety at all times.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to monitor clients’ health status and report any changes.
