KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Review and analyse CAD drawings against stairlifts to ensure correct specification
· Quality gate checking and making sure products fit the visual standards
· Set up stairlifts to the correct specifications and fault find issues.
· Fix and report on faults found and ensure quality remains at a high standard
· Using power tools, tape measures, lasers, and levels
· Work collaboratively with the Rail Build team to continually improve quality across the area
· Use Notify to report and video stairlifts to show full working order before leaving the department
· Accountable for working in line with standard operating procedures
· Housekeeping, you will maintain and clean and tidy work environment

Are you technically minded and have a passion for problem solving. The Tester role involves you to set up and carry out quality inspections on stairlifts from the rail build department, finding faults and correcting them. You will be ensuring perfect quality, customer satisfaction and reporting quality feedback data to rail build and CNC.
You need to be able to have a good understanding of measuring, carrying out quality checks, have technical mindset, be able to problem solve and have an eye for detail.
Experience with power tool’s, measuring equipment and levels are desired.
Full training will be given.

Fri: 12:15PM - 6:15PM
