CONTRACT TYPE: FULL-TIME, PERMANENT

Our Marioff Marine’s Upgrade team is looking for a new colleague for a permanent position of Upgrade Project Manager. Our marine & offshore customers are the world’s biggest cruise ships, luxury yachts, ship yards, distributors, ship operators and refit suppliers. Your role is to manage HI-FOG material delivery and/or turnkey projects for our clients.
Your important job is to make sure that our customers have the best customized solutions for their needs. This includes ensuring that the project specific design is as per customer requirements, resourcing and scheduling, communication with the customer and classification societies, handling material orders, invoicing and following up on the deliverables and the project financial budget.
You work in tight collaboration with your colleagues, support functions at Marioff, S&AM Sales, service and commissioning teams among others. Responsibilities
  • Work experience in sales / project management and/or system engineering in B2B environment
  • Experience/knowledge in electrical/automation systems (PLC systems)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or other relevant field
  • Customer service oriented can-do attitude
  • Analytical problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work both in a network and make independent decisions
  • Flexibility to work outside normal office hours (due to customer/project locations)
