If you've ever caught yourself filming your screen because "this would go crazy on TikTok" — we need to talk. \n WHAT YOU WILL DO Own the "For You" page - craft and execute a TikTok strategy that turns scrollers into followers and followers into die-hard fans of our music game titles. Do it all, and make it slap - from writing scripts that hook in the first second to editing cuts that keep people watching till the very end. You're the whole package. Be chronically online (professionally, of course) - spot the trends, ride the waves, and flip viral moments into content that actually fits our brand before they're already dead. Play well with others - team up with our UA & marketing crew to make sure your content isn't just fun — it drives real results like installs, engagement, and keeping players hooked. Nerd out on the numbers - dig into TikTok analytics, figure out what's working (and what flopped), and use those insights to keep leveling up your content game. QUALIFICATIONS You've grown a social account (yours or a brand's) and have the content to prove it - drop that portfolio link, we're ready to be impressed You genuinely lose track of time in a rhythm game, know every comeback era of your fave K-pop group, and have strong opinions about pop culture. This isn't a "nice to have" - it's a vibe check. You get Gen Z - not because you read a report about them, but because you are the target feed. You know what formats hit, what flops, and why. You can film, cut, and export a video that doesn't look like it was made in 2015.
