Description
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with experience in multimedia or APP creative production. You’ll partner with UA and the creative team to produce high-performing ads and app store assets. \n WHAT YOU WILL DO Learn, Research & Planning Play-test assigned games to understand USP, audience, and creative opportunities. Research trends, competitors, and emerging AI-driven creative patterns. Drive Agile cycle planning with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and weekly retros to improve speed and outcomes. Creative Production Support Manage creative tasks end-to-end using Agile project management to ensure clarity, prioritization, and fast iteration. Write actionable briefs, coordinate resources, and provide hands-on design support when needed. Use AI tools to explore variations, accelerate production, and enhance visual quality. Analysis & Insights Review creative performance metrics and turn insights into actionable improvements. Use AI-assisted analysis to detect patterns and identify new creative opportunities. Maintain clear documentation of learnings, best practices, and references. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with UA to understand goals and creative needs. Communicate progress, risks, and priorities clearly to stakeholders. Align expectations with the Creative Lead and cross-functional partners. Share AI workflows or useful findings with the team to raise overall capability. QUALIFICATION 2+ years of creative production, product design (PO, UI/UX) experience for mobile apps, or performance marketing industry. Strong research and analysis ability: able to study trends, competitors, play-test games, and extract actionable creative insights. Project management skills: able to plan cycles, organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate designers/motion/playable resources. AI learning mindset: familiar with or eager to adopt AI tools for ideation, variation, analysis, and workflow acceleration. Strong visual understanding (composition, layout, pacing) and ability to give structured, actionable feedback. Proven experience in reviewing creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, IPM, CPI) and turning data into improvements. Skilled in writing clear briefs, document learnings, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in core creative tools (Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar) at a functional level. DEVICE QUALIFICATION PC or Macbook provided by the company.
