Patient & Family Concierge – Entry-Level & Senior Opportunities Schedule: Full-Time: 3 12-hour shifts per week The Nursing Support position requires the availability to work rotating, 12-hour shifts. Shifts are scheduled on a rotating basis meaning you are required to work daylight, evening, overnights, weekends, and holidays and having full open rotating availability 7 days a week. No prior experience required for entry-level role Entry Level: No experience required | Starts at $18.00/hr Senior Level: 6+ months of experience| Starts at $18.40/hr Overview: Join our team as a Patient & Family Concierge, where you'll play a vital non-clinical support role enhancing the hospital experience for patients, families, and visitors. With responsibilities that span multiple departments—including transport, dietary, environmental services, and guest support—this is a dynamic, service-focused position designed to create a positive first and lasting impression. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients and visitors, offering directions and escorting as needed Deliver meals, water, and nourishments to patient rooms Transport patients and essential equipment or specimens throughout the facility Restock supplies, organize common areas, and support room readiness Answer phones, respond to call lights under supervision, and round hourly to assess patient needs Assist with unit-specific non-clinical tasks, including paperwork distribution and maintaining family lounges This is a non-clinical role. Responsibilities do not include direct patient care (e.g., bathing, feeding, mobility assistance, IV/lead management).
