Fixed Term – 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2026
Humly is working in partnership with a vibrant and forward-thinking village primary school in Cumbria to recruit a passionate and experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher for a part-time (0.6) fixed-term contract from 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2026.
This role is to teach in an Upper Key Stage 2 class, and the school is looking for a confident teacher who can take ownership of learning 3 days per week. The post has been created to cover a specific staffing need for one academic year due to budget constraints. ECTs will not be considered due to the level of experience required.

• Teaching an upper Key Stage 2 class across 3 days per week
• Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons aligned to the National Curriculum
• Meeting the needs of individual pupils, including those with SEND
• Maintaining high expectations for learning, behaviour and wellbeing
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and school leaders
• Participating in the wider life and community of the school
• Upholding the values and ethos of a Church of England setting
