Description Job Description: - We are seeking a dedicated Cheerleading Coach to join our team and help lead our cheer squad to success. - The ideal candidate will have a passion for cheerleading and coaching, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement cheerleading routines and choreography. - Provide guidance and instruction on proper cheerleading techniques. - Organize and lead team practices and training sessions. - Attend and supervise team performances at games, competitions, and events. - Foster a positive and inclusive team environment. - Communicate effectively with team members, parents, and school staff. Skills: - Strong background in cheerleading with experience in coaching. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Knowledge of safety guidelines and best practices in cheerleading. - Organizational skills to plan practices and coordinate team events. - Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. Seasonal Part-Time Employment: $2,500 Salary

Responsibilities

The coach will be responsible for developing and implementing cheerleading routines and providing instruction on proper techniques during organized practices and training sessions.
