Durham Academy is accepting applications for a part-time Upper School Business and Entrepreneurship teacher to begin August 1, 2026 and teach two classes. Candidates should have some successful experience teaching in a related field. This is a newly-created position with the freedom to develop new elective courses, the focuses of which might include the  foundational elements of budgeting, marketing, leadership, economics, product development, basic finance, and a range of other areas. Responsibilities
The teacher will develop and instruct two elective courses in business and entrepreneurship for Upper School students. They are expected to collaborate with colleagues on curriculum alignment and foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
