Smith Jewish Day School Upper School seeks highly responsible individuals who enjoy working with students in grades 6-12 to join our team as daily substitute teachers. Compensation is set at $20/teaching hour. This great job for positive people interested in being a part of a wonderful learning community, and who have experience working with students in an educational environment. Content knowledge in core learning areas (Math, Science, English, History, Hebrew, Judaic, Jewish History, Arts, STEM, Spanish, Arabic) preferred. The ideal applicant will be available for pre-arranged and last minute assignments for part or whole work days. Responsibilities
The Upper School Substitute Teacher will work with students in grades 6-12, providing instruction in various subjects as needed. They will be available for both pre-arranged and last-minute assignments.
