Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE

Working in the Healthcare (and Industrial) sector across leading NHS Trusts, private medical hospitals and Industrial customers this role is responsible for commissioning, service of Bender Ireland UPS systems (North & Southern Ireland) Working in the Healthcare and Industrial sector across leading hospital trusts, private medical hospitals and industrial customers this role is responsible for commissioning, service, rapid response call-out and repair of Bender Ireland UPS systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend brand specific UPS training ensuring knowledge and application of current and industry standards are adhered to
  • Provide decision making in the event of a call-out issue escalation
  • Assist with the wider development of Bender Ireland’s engineering team
  • Provide technical support for the service department both internally and externally
  • Participate in quarterly engineer meetings, with training for personal development included
  • Responsible for supporting customer’s needs with resource allocation for weekend and out of hours work when required
  • Completing job specific risk assessments and method statements
  • Providing onsite training to customers on Bender supplied equipment
  • Attending site visits as required
  • Undertake IPS training/upskilling
