We’re recruiting on behalf of a top-tier critical power solutions provider seeking an experienced UPS Field Service Engineer. This is a field-based role with regional travel and requires strong hands-on knowledge of UPS and related power systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot UPS, batteries, PDUs, STSs
  • Perform field service work including start-ups, diagnostics, and emergency support
  • Complete site testing, documentation, and detailed service reports
  • Collaborate with tech teams for escalations and provide proactive client recommendations

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–5+ years’ UPS field experience; can diagnose down to component level
  • OEM-trained or hands-on with Vertiv, APC/Schneider, Eaton/Powerware — required
  • Able to work independently, communicate clearly, and handle urgent situations with professionalism
  • Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs. and working occasional nights/weekends
  • Military background or technical degree is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
