We are seeking a The UPS Store Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team in a fast-paced retail environment! You will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service including assisting customers with packing, shipping, printing, sales of products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including spelling and math
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields necessary but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to lift 40+ pounds.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and identify customer needs
  • Explain products and services to customers
