POSITION SUMMARY:

Yard Crew employees are responsible for completing indoor / outdoor yard check, stacking skids and maintaining the cleanliness of the inside of UPS trailers and surrounding work areas.
Job Type: Part-Time - Permanent
Work Location: 12424 Dixie Road, Caledon ON L7C 2L7
Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday
Shift Start: 02:00am start
Shift Duration: 3.5-4 hours per day

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (35kg) without assistance
• Full availability to work Monday to Friday (all five days of the week)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Comfortable working outside dispute the weather condition
• Staying longer than the usual shift hours depending on the operational needs
• Capability to operate machinery related to the position
• Warehouse experience (would be considered an asset)

• Adhere to and follow the company-established safety rules and procedures.
• Learn and properly execute company-established methods.
• Stack skids and clean the inside of company trailers.
• Maintain the surrounding work areas.
• Checking every equipment in the yard to verify its content. Includes 5 Tonnes.
