Our team specialises in arranging and providing finance to upstream oil and gas companies in the EMEA region. We focus on the provision of various forms of corporate and asset-backed financing, primarily structured debt, including reserve-based lending, term loans, and prepayment facilities.

What role will you play?
As a key member of our team, you will support the origination, structuring, and management of complex financial transactions. You will be involved in all aspects of our primary activities, from transaction origination and risk assessment to negotiation, documentation, and ongoing deal and relationship management post-close. Your responsibilities will include preparing presentations and materials for client meetings, internal reporting, financial modelling, planning, and preparation of internal memos for risk and business approvals, as well as supporting the review of legal documentation.

What you offer

  • 1-3 years of experience in banking, the energy industry, corporate finance, or related sectors
  • Preferred experience in the banking and/or energy sectors
  • A strong understanding of financial analysis and modelling, structuring, documentation, and execution of credit transactions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to prepare materials for client meetings and internal reporting
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
