What do you get to do in this position • Run the MPS and the distribution requirement planning process for its perimeter of product x DC • Define and update the parameters of supply and stock management including ramp-up & ramp-down to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock and express cost / Master Production Plan. • Ensure the quality and consistency of key data: Lead Time, Quantity, Stocking policy. • Manage the Logistics Terms and Condition including all the replenishment lead time • Measure External Supplier Service Rate and drive action plans • Organize the downstream flows and to improve the manufacturing SC performance • Set and release the Vendor forecast and to manage the gap between these forecasts and the real supply demand • Manage the Vendor Logistics Terms and Condition including improvement of the replenishment parameters (Supplier lead time, Minimum Order quantity, Frequency, …) • Organize of the upstream flows with our suppliers and to improve the suppliers SC performance • Define and manage the level of the parameters of supply and stock management of Raw Material/Components according to the MPS to supply customer requirement while reducing the unhealthy stock This job might be for you if You fit the following Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering or related field 5 years relevant experience focuses on manages or performs procurement and supply and logistics work for materials and finished goods, or products for resales Experience with SAP is a must (Purchasing, Production planning) Previous scheduling/planning experience Initiative Leadership High capacity for communication Fluent in English We seek out and reward people for being straightforward, open, passionate, effective and challenging the status quo.
