WHAT ROLE YOU WILL PLAY IN OUR TEAM
Seeking engineering co-op students for our upstream operations in Newfoundland. Students will have the opportunity to support two world-class offshore facilities, Hibernia and Hebron, and will be working alongside some of the most talented Engineers in the industry. Each student will receive a dedicated mentor experienced in your assigned area and will receive work items which are integral to our safe and reliable offshore operations.
The selected individuals also will work at our new, open-concept office in St. John’s, Newfoundland, a space which is focused on collaboration, efficiency, safety and fun! Our St. John’s office boasts a brand new gym facility, free parking, and a large eating area on each floor to socialize with your peers and meet others in the building. The building also has several areas with advanced remote operations capabilities, enabled by an onshore to offshore fiber-optic link. This opens up some truly unique experiences for our students where they can observe and support real-time production, drilling and logistics operations, seeing the immediate impact they can make from 350km away!
As a part of the Asset Technical Engineering team(s), you will be supporting day-to-day operations with a broad range of responsibilities covering anything from daily process optimization to brownfield project development.
