Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced UPVC fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UPVC fabrication, operate machinery, and assemble UPVC components accurately and efficiently. The UPVC fabricator will be responsible for producing high-quality UPVC windows, doors, and other products according to specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Operate UPVC fabrication machinery, such as cutting, welding, and milling equipment.
• Cut and assemble UPVC components to construct windows, doors, and other products.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of fabricated UPVC products, including measurements and assembly.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of UPVC fabrication machinery and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and targets.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding work progress and any issues that arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UPVC fabricator or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of UPVC fabrication techniques and processes.
• Ability to operate UPVC fabrication machinery and tools effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and assembly.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to UPVC fabrication.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production requirements and priorities.

Monday to Saturday
Between the hours of 8am - 6pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
