Utilize GIS tools, urban modeling methods, or data visualization platforms to support evidence-based recommendations. Prepare reports, proposals, and strategic briefs summarizing insights and solutions. Prepare materials for stakeholder workshops, consultations, and presentations. Support engagement with government agencies, developers, operators, and community representatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or related fields. 5 years above experience in consulting, policy research, or real estate advisory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret spatial and socio-economic data. Proficiency in tools such as GIS, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with design or visualization tools is a plus. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
