Job Description We are seeking to appoint an Urban Design in our stunning Urban office. This is a newly created position reporting to our Principal Urban Designer. The role will have hands on involvement managing complex / strategic projects, and developing innovative design solutions that add values to our clients. Specifically: Conducting site investigations, site issues analysis and due diligence plans, in ways that develop high value solutions for projects. Deliver a range of complex and large-scale master planning and urban design projects in both hand sketch and digital formats. Qualifications A degree in urban design, architecture, town planning or landscape architecture (or equivalent). Proficient skills in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) Knowledge and understanding in the use and application of 3D modelling programs (SketchUp and Lumion experience preferred) Additional Information At Colliers, we are enterprising.
