Join us. 職缺說明 AECOM台灣建築與人居環境部(Building + Places)涵蓋多元領域，包含經濟策劃、城市人本空間改造、建築與景觀設計，致力於推動整體城市的宜居品質與永續發展。本職位隸屬於部門下的城市規劃與設計組 (Master Planning + Urban Design)，專注於總體規劃、旅遊規劃、城市設計與開發可行性評估，強調以跨域整合思維，結合空間、產業、基礎設施、財務、環境永續的整合性專業團隊。工作內容配合計畫總監與專案經理，進行城市設計與總體規劃專案之執行指導基礎資料分析、並獨立發展初步規劃設計概念方案製作並整合規劃設計成果、報告及簡報對業主進行成果簡報整合設計成果，協助專案提案與報告文件之製作未來需能利用AI工具，提升工作效率應徵資格背景條件需具備都市設計或都市規劃相關碩士學位，或具有至少 6 年相關工作經驗；具建築專業背景者尤佳。亦歡迎持都市規劃學士學位，並取得建築（或建築與都市設計）相關碩士學位，且具備 5–6 年建築相關工作經驗者應徵。技能要求具備製圖能力，熟悉製圖與簡報軟體（如 SketchUp、Photoshop、Illustrator、AutoCAD、PowerPoint）具備制定空間規劃的能力，並擁有涵蓋總體規劃與可行性評估的專案經驗具備高度意願投入總體規劃與都市設計相關的都市發展工作具備學習與應用 GIS 與 CityEngine 的能力需為中文母語者或具流利中文能力；良好英文能力者更佳 *具較豐富經驗者將考慮聘任為【主辦城市設計師Project Urban Designer 】。 **申請者請必須投遞履歷及個人作品集【可請提供雲端連結或上載10mb 以下文件】。其他資訊工作地點：台北市工作時間：週一至週五，上午 9:00 至下午 6:00，包含 1 小時午休時間。出差需求：不需要出差或外派。 About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
