Independently designs and completes projects and prepares comprehensive project documents. Some job duties can be performed from home. Local travel required approximately 5%. Requirements Relevant background: A bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, architecture, urban design, or a related field and 5 years of experience in Urban Design, Architecture, or closely related occupation. Alternatively, we will accept a Master’s degree in landscape architecture, architecture, urban design, or related field and 3 years of experience in Urban Design, Architecture, or closely related occupation. Three years of experience in Hand Sketching and software skills (including Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, and AutoCAD) 6 months of project management experience 3 years of experience preparing and reviewing construction documents

Responsibilities

You will apply broad knowledge of design principles and methods to landscape architecture and urban design tasks. Independently design and complete projects while preparing comprehensive project documents.
