KBR is proud to be the Principal Design Partner for the North Western Program Alliance (NWPA), a collaboration with LXRP, Metro Trains Melbourne, and John Holland. Since 2017, NWPA has successfully delivered around $3B in transport infrastructure projects for the state and community.
Our success has earned us a 5-year extension from LXRP, ensuring a robust pipeline of transport opportunities in Melbourne through 2027.

Your role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Accurate provision of design analysis as well as input, advice and expertise on design studies associated with engineering and other projects.
  • Effective management of sub-consultants preparing feasibility studies, context analysis, masterplan/open space strategies, precinct plan development, landscape architecture.
  • Lead coordination of and/or input to and development of key design strategies, including Indigenous co-design, heritage interpretation, active transport strategies and integrated art.
  • Accurately apply knowledge of local council and state government and federal strategies and guidelines as they relate to urban design approaches.
  • Delivering design services to key city shaping projects as part of the Level Crossing Removal Project
