URBAN MOBILITY PRODUCT SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

At Arrive, we’re looking for an Urban Mobility Product Specialist to drive the success of our Arrive Insights solution across Europe. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting cities and municipalities to optimize their parking policies, improve urban planning, and make informed decisions based on data analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Sales & Account Management team to identify target cities.
  • Guide cities through the sales process, particularly understanding their challenges and needs related to parking, policies, and strategies, and helping them define their data requirements.
  • Support cities in transitioning to data-driven decision-making.
  • Advise cities on questions regarding the implementation of our solution, parking reports, and parking strategies.
  • Post-sales: Build a trusted partnership with cities and ensure we provide real value—with the goal of making cities more livable.
