Role Summary:
Based at our Peterborough Distribution Centre, the Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for analytical and data gathering tasks for the URBN UK/EU Supply Chain.
This role defines process scopes, measures data sources and reporting methodologies while establishing key KPIs, performance targets, and proactive reporting tools. The analyst will champion the “one version of the truth” objective by developing clear principles and visual reporting to drive consistency and transparency across operations. In addition, the role will support PFC capacity planning, ensure the effective use of Labour Management (LM) systems on-site, and contribute to embedding a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset throughout the distribution centre.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support in daily / weekly / monthly reporting activities
  • Support with data analysis for LM system
  • Support in the development of Supply Chain reporting
  • Support in development of the retail speed reporting
  • Support the site 6 Sigma project teams
  • Support the site capacity planning / long range planning (LRP) activities
  • Support the site KPI journey
  • Being a role model and ambassador for our culture, in line with our vision & values

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail with a high level of personal accountability
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and good judgment
  • Strong interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel) is required
  • Able to work within a team environment and support the site culture, performing in line with our vision

and values

  • Knowledge / understanding of coding is preferred
  • Experience in a distribution/warehousing environment, ideally gained in a fashion/lifestyle or FMCG

environment is desirable

  • An understanding of Supply Chain interactions from order processing through operations and

transportation management

  • Technical knowledge of Google applications, LM, Kronos and WM
