We are seeking a IT Business Systems Analyst to lead a comprehensive assessment of flood fund management programs and develop tools for project prioritization. You will analyze historical fund data, define the scope of work for system optimization, and support the implementation of a modernized financial management system.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years experience developing a Scope and Statement of Work (SOW) for IT contracts.
• 2 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration (such as Oracle Cloud) including modules for financial management.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET, Visual Basic, C#, ColdFusion, React.js, Blazor, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Azure PostgreSQL, Denodo, IBM Cognos 11, Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience with SharePoint, Visio, and documentation tools.
• Strong written/oral communication and analytical skills.
